Stallone’s half sister Toni-Ann Filiti alleged that he abused her for years, resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement.  Now Radar Online is reporting that the action star was blackmailed into the settlement.  Paperwork obtained by The New York Post’s Page Six states that the agreement signed 26 years ago paid Toni-Ann $2 million dollars, plus $16,666.66 every month in her lifetime. The deal also included a trust of $50,000 a year for medical and psychiatric expenses.  Sources including Sly’s mom say that the settlement was nothing more than a shakedown.  Jackie Stallone says that Toni-Ann was a drug addict, taking 65 Oxycontin pills a day and she threatened Sylvester.  Jackie says her son’s lawyers told him to ‘give her something to shut her up’.  Toni-Ann Filiti passed away August 26^th at the age of 48 after battling lung cancer.
