Justin Bieber promised a livestream performance for his fans during the Grammys at 8pm Sunday, but soon after it started, it was clear that there were issues.  Bieber said the livestream was over capacity and he was “super upset”.  The pop star decided against going to the Grammys after he failed to snag any nominations.  To make up for the technical snafu, Bieber said he should post a new song on Twitter so the fans would still have a reason to be excited.  Around 10:30pm a shirtless Bieber unveiled an unfinished song called “You Want Me” in a posted video.
