Nothing is official yet, but Justin Bieber’s latest possible love interest is rumored to be 17 year old British singer/songwriter/model Ellapaige Roberts-Clarke.  The alleged couple was spotted at the Justin Timberlake concert after Wednesday night’s BRIT Awards.  Sources say the two may have met through mutual friends.  No one was able to nab a pic of the couple, but it was supposedly very obvious that they were on a date.
