Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were partying in beautiful Rio de Janeiro when they looked above them and Will Smith was waving from the balcony above!  Can Brazil handle all of them at once?!  Kim celebrates Kanye's 21st Grammy Award.......which she says is just "sooo insane!".
